Where the mountain holds you
Nestled in the sacred mountains of central Mexico, just outside of Mexico City (where we will fly in), Tepoztlán is known as a mystical town of transformation — an energetic vortex where ancient traditions, nature, and spirituality converge. For 6 nights and 7 days, we will call this land home, staying in a beautiful private house with direct views of the mountains — an intimate and grounding space designed for connection, rest, and deep inner work. This retreat is devoted to the heart — supporting you in healing emotional patterns, softening protective layers, and creating healthier, more conscious dynamics in love.

01 · Polarity Therapy & Energy Work
Restoring inner balance
Through guided sessions with Silvia and Eduardo — the Mexican healers our co-founder Valeria has called “spiritual family” for over four years — you’ll work with the body’s energetic systems to remove blockages and restore balance between masculine and feminine energies, helping you understand your relational patterns and establish healthier dynamics in life and love. They will lead a workshop on polarity therapy and 1-1 sessions.
02 · Herbalism & Rituals
Heart-opening through plants
You’ll connect with nature through herbal remedies and grounding rituals designed to support emotional release, integration, and heart opening — guided by Valeria, certified in Ancestral Herbalism.
03 · Human Design & Energetic Awareness
Your unique blueprint
Workshops centered around Human Design will help you better understand your unique energetic blueprint — how you love, communicate, and relate to others from a place of alignment.
This workshop will be guided by Sofia, one of our CURA guides. She will provide you with a summary of your own Human Design.
04 · Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing
Held in ceremony
We’ll gather in a cacao ceremony— a sacred plant known for its heart-opening properties, paired with sound healing journeys to help you release, soften, and reconnect.
05 · Creative Workshops
Expression as offering
Through jewelry-making and hands-on creative practices, you’ll reconnect with your creativity as a form of expression, intention, and meditation. You will create offerings for yourself, guided by Valeria.
06 · Connection with Nature
El Tepozteco pyramid
We’ll walk together into the sacred mountains and pyramid of “El Tepozteco” to leave offerings — honoring the land, releasing what no longer serves you, and anchoring new intentions. We will prepare the offerings together.
07 · Traditional Temazcal Ceremony
A rebirth
Experience a deeply purifying ancestral ritual. The Temazcal is a sacred sweat lodge used for physical, emotional, and spiritual cleansing — a rebirth into a new version of self. After the temazcal, you will receive an herbal infusion and a massage with fire cupping by two Curanderas that have guided Valeria’s journey.
08 · Rest & Integration
Held by the land
Time is intentionally left for you to rest, journal, integrate, and simply be held by the energy of this powerful land.

What’s not included
Airfare to and from Mexico City is not included. Extra therapies, food, or drinks outside the CURA package, personal purchases at the location, the CURA Shop, or town shops are also not covered. Please check if you need a Visa. Please book your flight to arrive by September 6 before 2 pm (Mexico City time) and depart on Sunday September 12 after 1 pm. Email us your itinerary once you book. The airport is Mexico City Intl Airport Benito Juarez (MEX).
