FAQ
Quick answers to the most common questions.
I can’t see the Join button — when does it appear?
The Join button only appears when the booking is Confirmed, the session has not finished, and there is a meeting URL. If you see no Join button on a confirmed upcoming session, your calendar is probably not connected — see Connect your calendar.
A client asked to cancel — what happens?
Clients can cancel their own bookings up to your cancellation window (24 or 48 hours before, depending on platform settings). Outside that window, the cancellation still goes through but the session counts as paid out to you. Either way, the booking moves to Cancelled and is removed from your upcoming list.
When do I get paid?
Earnings move from Awaiting confirmation → Pending payment only when you mark a session as completed. CURA processes payouts on a regular cycle. Until you mark a past session complete, its earnings stay frozen.
Can I block a single afternoon without changing my weekly schedule?
Yes — use a Date override on the Availability tab. Pick the date, choose Custom hours, set the new start and end, and save. To block the whole day, leave it as Mark unavailable (whole day).
I forgot to mark a session completed — can I still do it?
Yes. Open My Sessions, switch to the Past tab, find the session and click Mark as completed. Earnings are released the next payout cycle.
Can a client book a session that is included in their membership and I still get paid?
Yes. Sessions marked as Included use a fixed per-session payout configured at the plan level. The booking shows up with an Included badge instead of a price, and the payout amount appears in your Earnings as usual.
I changed my mind about a session type — should I delete it?
Use Archive instead of deleting. Archiving hides the session from your public profile but keeps your booking history and earnings intact. You can unarchive it later if you change your mind.
